Design Services
    The PSG technical and engineering staff has a thorough knowledge of both American and European ESP designs. Their experience and innovative problem solving skills enable them to design unique solutions for every customer using the latest computer-aided design technology.

   Customers who are looking for replacement parts that meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications need look no further than PSG. For example, in-house design capabilities permit creation of electrodes that achieve higher current densities and offer improved resistance to chemical and/or corrosion attack thus increasing efficiency.

   Customers planning to retrofit an existing unit or planning to construct a new facility can depend on PSG's skilled personnel to provide valuable assistance. PSG will provide customers with detailed drawings and pricing information no matter the scale or the scope of the project.

Inspection Services
   PSG maintains several crews of trained inspectors and field technicians who are available to handle both planed and emergency inspection requirements. Their extensive experience with most every variety of ESP on the market enables them to accurately and rapidly assess the condition of any unit.

   PSG inspectors conduct complete examinations of both the internal and external components of the unit. The inspections in include but are not limited to the following:

• Plate to wire clearances
• Support insulators
• Voltage systems
• Anvil beams
• Rapping systems
• Gas distribution systems
• Rapper Rods
• T/R enclosures
• Bus ducts
• Anti-sway insulators
• Insulator purge system & penthouse

   Once the inspection is complete, a written analysis is provided to the customer that details the conditions found, makes recommendations for repairs or replacement and provides pricing information for all recommended procedures.

Maintenance

 PSG offers continuous service and maintenance programs. This  allows for routine inspections and maintenance during scheduled  outages.

 These programs are provided at competitive rate and eliminate the  need for contracting more than one precipitator "expert" to identify  and correct any potential or existing problems.

Equipment Rental
PSG extends equipment rental services to customers because it is often cost prohibitive for facilities to keep the necessary equipment on hand for a full-time maintenance crew.

The rental service is another effort to ensure that PSG customers receive superior service.

PSG has two GCI tower cranes Model 5400 that are capable of standing erect in less than four hours once they are on location.

A JLG Manlift 100, telescopic fork trucks, as well as several fully equipped tool trailers and large semi-truck and trailers are also available at competitive prices.
