Fabrication
PSG's recent addition of 60,000square feet of manufacturing and fabrication space increased their ability to rapidly respond to the customer's needs. This expansion is just another way for PSG to deliver the superior service that their customers have come to expect.
PSG offers full width collecting plate and strip assemblies. The PSG Collectrode is the most popular design of strip assembly. This collecting curtain can be designed as a replacement for nearly all existing OEM styles. The Collectrode is fabricated of A-366 16-guage coil steel and can be roll-formed in 15 1/4" and 17 9/16" panels to match old and new designs. Panels are also available in different material types and thicknesses.
PSG's Pow-O-Trode rigid discharge electrode as well as all other styles of discharge electrodes are fabricated under strict quality control methods. Like all other PSG products, they are fully warranted against defects in workmanship.
Fabricated components include upper and lower high voltage frames, hoppers, ductwork and numerous other ESP parts. PSG's capabilities go beyond the manufacturing of standard replacement parts. SInce there are no contractural ties to any OEMs, PSG can review each component and make upgrade recommendations based on the customer's total system.

PSG offers a complete line of OEM replaceable bottle weights. These weights are available in various pounds and styles. Customers should consult one of our sales technicians for the bottle weight best suited for specific installations.
A complete line of dust removal equipment is available to enhance precipitator performance through proper design and modification of existing dust removal systems.

Parts
PSG manufacturing replacement access doors for all styles of precipitators. ALl of the doors are constructed of heavy grade materials, then prime and/or finish painted according to customer specifications.
PSG's vertical anti-sway assemblies allow the high voltage frame to move slightly without sacrificing tolerances. The typical standoff insulators restrict movement during thermal expansion of the walls resulting in premature wear.
PSG supplies all of the necessary rapper accessories including fiberglass and steel rapper shafts, shoes, adapter sleeves (manufactured from cold-rolled steel) and boots seals. The seals are available in Hypalon, Neoprene, Viton, E.P.D.M and natural rubber.
